Summary/Abstract: For more than 20 years, researchers have been investigating the phenomenon of born global organizations. Previous studies indicated knowledge as a key factor influencing rapid internationalization. However, the analysis of dominant knowledge management (KM) strategy of those entities is still missing. The investigation of its character is necessary as it determines the shape of KM processes inside companies. In this article, the author presented the results of a two-year qualitative research conducted in born global organizations on the case of Polish game developers. The project is interdisciplinary in nature combining two research fields: knowledge management and entrepreneurship.
