Summary/Abstract: The article aims to analyze the aspects that presuppose the application of European law in Romanian law regarding some limitations and exceptions within Law No. 69/2022 on the transposition of Directive 2019/790 of the European Union, especially the two articles of the law, namely article (3) - which involves the "text and data mining" for scientific research purposes and article (4) - which it comes in the form of exception or limitation in the case of text and data extraction.
