Summary/Abstract: The article contains a literature review on the economic migration of Poles. The author of the paper presents the results of her own research, the aim of which is to determine the tendency of Polish employees to work in organizations abroad, including the recognition of the main advantages and disadvantages of such a solution as perceived by representatives of the target group. The research verified the main hypothesis that Poles are willing to take up work in organizations outside the country, provided that, in their perception, it is more attractive than working in Poland. The author of the article is looking for an answer to the question: are Poles as a nation exceptional in terms of economic migration?
