Summary/Abstract: The consistency and deep and comprehensive argumentation with which he presents his theses and defends the right to legal protection is emphasized. His reasoning on the role of the legal profession as an assistant to justice and a defender of the interests and rights of citizens are brought to the fore. Interest arouses his assessments of the condition of the legal profession and the need to organize it in order to be able to self-control and maintain its legal discipline and ethics. In conclusion, the author infers that the merits of Prof. Dr. J. Fadenhecht as a parliamentarian for the improvement of Bulgarian legislation are indisputable and complement his image as a famous scientist, lawyer and head of the Union of Bulgarian Lawyers.
