Summary/Abstract: The scientific work describes and explains the main forms and substantive elements of international cooperation between competent human rights structures in countering serious intentional crimes and areas of manifestation of organized crime. Effective methods for interaction and coordination of national authorities with the international human rights organizations Interpol and Europol are indicated. Forms of international cooperation are classified as general and special – information exchange, liaison officers, cross-border pursuit and surveillance, controlled delivery, undercover investigation, joint investigation teams, use of databases, etc. In writing the paper, general scientific and empirical research methods were used, such as analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, observation.
