Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the derivatives of the onym “Putin,” relevant for the modern Russian Internet discourse, and offers an interpretation of the patterns of word formation and word usage of new expressive-evaluative derivatives formed from this proper noun. The author’s study of the use of the key proper name “Putin” in the non-official secondary nomination reveals the intralinguistic and sociocultural features of this process.
