Summary/Abstract: he article analyses a social problem with a major impact on the development of society, the macroeconomics, but also on each individual. The ability of some people to understand the behaviours, thoughts, and feelings of others and to interact effectively with them is called social intelligence. Also called interpersonal intelligence, it is closely related to emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is a person’s ability to understand and control their own emotions, as well as the ability to deal with those of others.
