Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of a study on the location and characteristics of coworking spaces in Warsaw and their functioning during the pandemic. As part of the study, these spaces were inventoried and in-depth interviews were conducted with their selected representatives. Coworking spaces operate in 11 out of 18 districts of Warsaw. Their location is affected by transport accessibility, proximity to other services and office spaces where companies from various businesses are located. During the Covid-19 pandemic, coworking spaces were not closed. However, the way they function, the volume of services provided and the structure of users have changed. Coworking spaces have adapted to the new operating conditions and the prospects for their development in Warsaw are good.
