ENTREPRENEUR AS A BUSINESS LEADER

Summary/Abstract: There are many conflicting opinions when it comes to leadership, especially defining the characteristics of a person, whether he or she is created or destined for the position of being a leader. Entrepreneurs as individuals who have managed to start their own business can, but need not be predisposed to be a quality leader in the organization. Being the owner of the business does not make someone a leader. A leader is something quite differently. Leadership does not arise out of his formal authority, but from his soul. The greatest leaders of the world, since the existence of the earth to the present day, have been the ones who knew people and their thoughts, which they have understood and supported them. Those who are able to encourage when someone is alone or think they cannot or think they come to the end of the road. Those who have raised them when they fell. Those who have protected and defended them.
