Summary/Abstract: The paper is devoted to the artists who were interested in the Old Jewish Cemetery in Prague. It deals with both the painters and their pictures showing the place. Special attention is paid to the Czech painter Antonin Manes (1784—1843) and also to Jiři Adam Klein, Ludwig Richter, August Bedrich Piepenhagen, Bedřich Wachsmann, Maix Haushofer, Karl Wurbs, Vincent Mordstadt, Josef Hellich, etc.
