Legal aspects and a brief historical overview of the application of enforcement administrative measures by DBDS

Summary/Abstract: The legal framework adopted by the state is valid for both state bodies and civil society. With- out detailed procedural regulation of state activity affecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and their organizations, it is not possible to build a legal, democratic and humane state. The study examines the main international and domestic normative acts of a general and special nature, referring to the application of coercive administrative measures by the DBDS-MVR, as well as the changes over the years in a brief historical review.
