Summary/Abstract: The article concerns the activity of the Special Court in Radom (German: SondergerichtRadom) between 1939 and 1945, i.e. one of German special courts, which functioned on theterritories of the General Government. Andrzej Wrzyszcz published an article on this topicyears ago. Taking up this topic once again is justified by the fact that new sources were ob-tained, which makes it possible to extend and supplement the previous findings. The sourcespertain to all the most significant areas of the special court's activity, such as the person ofthe first chairman and the circumstances surrounding the court’s establishment, the profilesof its judges, the preserved judicial decisions as well as the number of people sentenced todeath. The paper also presents selected judgments which were passed in the special court, among others, for helping Jews, leaving the ghetto without authorization, or a German officialabusing the Polish population.
