Summary/Abstract: In this paper, we propose to analyze how Pilar Bellver uses the resource of love letters as a narrative channel to construct her novel A Virginia le gustaba Vita (2016). From the author’s extensive knowledge of the time in which the love story between Virginia Woolf and Vita Sackville-West emerged, about which we make a previous contextualization, this novel off ers an interesting opportunity to study the conditions of development of a heterodox relationship in an extremely puritanical society. It is through the letters themselves, by giving them narrative form, that the love story is constructed, with its nuances and its ups and downs. It is ultimately postulated that the communicative circuit is expanded and enriched by the inclusion of a recipient in the appendix of the novel, a niece of the author who decides to express her amorous desire for a classmate spurred on by the reading of the letters. Th us, the feminist plea also includes a vindication of queer love perfectly traced by the author through a metafi ction component.
