Summary/Abstract: The overall purpose of the study is to join the trend of value-seeking in administrative law, specifically in climate protection law. The axiology of this area of law is characterized by unique complexity. The specific purpose of the research is to seek answers to the questions (a) on which values the legislator should base regulations on the location of wind power investments, so that the created norms can effectively lead to an increase in energy generation from RES, (b) whether the shape of national regulations referred to as the so-called 10H rule applied so far in the process of locating wind power investments and the shape of new regulations aimed at liberalizing this rule were based on a properly balanced broad axiological foundation. Only such norms of climate protection law, which will be based on a broad axiological foundation, will be accepted by all the entities they will affect, and, consequently, will effectively achieve the purpose for which they are established (increase in the level of energy production from RES).
