Summary/Abstract: A variety of services are already largely supported by solutions based on artificial intelligence and, consequently, traditional jobs are gradually being replaced by intelligent software. It is becoming necessary to provide conditions for the professional conversion of society in order to counteract technological unemployment. The most important resource that has a significant impact on the development of artificial intelligence is human capital in the form of a properly educated society, especially in mathematics, logic, technical and natural sciences, as well as the ability to think creatively and work in teams. Lawyers are facing major changes due to the development of new technologies, which, by creating new opportunities, will fundamentally change the market and challenge accepted working methods.
