Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the most important problems related to the application of the Lean concept from the perspective of employees of one of the enterprises in the business services sector in the Silesia Region. This article is of a practical nature, as a computer- -assisted website interview (CAWI) was used as the research method. The study concerned the assessment of the implementation and application of the Lean concept by operational employees of the analyzed enterprise. The assumed results from the implementation of lean management in the enterprise are often discussed only at the level of the management board of the organization. There are situations when the opinion of employees in this area is ignored, which, despite generally good results in the statistics, may lead to frustration and dissatisfaction of employees.
