Summary/Abstract: This research aims to examine the experiences of high school students participating in social responsibility projects. Within the scope of the research, basic issues such as students' motivations for choosing projects, the development process of the projects, difficulties encountered, impact and contributions to society, personal development and learning, cooperation and teamwork, post-project evaluation, thoughts of participating in future projects and perception of social responsibility were discussed. The research was conducted on 34 high school students in Adana and the data was analyzed using the thematic analysis method. The findings reveal that students' experiences of participating in social responsibility projects have a wide range and that these experiences have significant effects on students' personal development. The research emphasizes that social responsibility projects can contribute to students growing up as individuals who are more sensitive to society.
