Summary/Abstract: This research focuses on a framework in which the use of educational technologies is evaluated from the teacher and student perspectives to increase student performance. The role of educational technologies is increasing in contemporary educational environments, and this study aims to understand the effects of these technologies, identify the difficulties encountered and offer improvement suggestions. The main problem of the research is to understand the effects of educational technologies on student achievement and to reveal how these effects are evaluated from the teacher and student perspectives. The research, designed as a qualitative case study, was conducted with the participation of 10 teachers and 50 secondary school students in Adana. Research findings show that teachers generally use educational technologies to increase in-class interaction, enrich learning materials and increase student engagement. When their effects on student attitudes and performance were evaluated, it was determined that these technologies had a positive impact and increased student success. Focusing on challenges and support needs, the study finds that teachers face technology challenges and demand more training and support to overcome these challenges. Among the difficulties faced by students, technology problems, internet connection problems and complexity in learning platforms stand out.
