Summary/Abstract: This research aims to focus on social studies teachers' leadership self-efficacy perceptions and examine how internal and external factors, student participation and social interactions affect these perceptions. The participants of the research are 14 social studies teachers working in Adana. A semi-structured interview form was used as a data collection tool. The findings reveal several prominent themes on the effects of teachers' leadership styles, internal factors (experience, education level, self-confidence), external factors (school environment, management policies, student profile), student participation and leadership self-efficacy on classroom climate. These findings may contribute to educators developing strategies to improve leadership skills, positively influence classroom climate, and increase student participation.
