Summary/Abstract: This research is a case study examining school administrators' self-efficacy perceptions regarding leadership and entrepreneurship characteristics. The research, which was conducted on 10 school administrators working in Adıyaman province, included the evaluation of data collected through a semistructured interview form using a qualitative research model through content analysis. Findings obtained in the themes of leadership style, entrepreneurial experiences, coping with difficulties, innovation and change, team management and cooperation, success and goals, teacher relations and communication, personal and professional development show that school administrators focus on various strategies and adopt these strategies at various levels. These results reflect that school leaders have a versatile and adaptive leadership approach.
