Summary/Abstract: The contribution deals with the part of results of marketing research for Public Transport Company of the City of České Budějovice. The results of VŠERS´s research in year 2006 were compared with other research, which was realized in 2000 by Sofres-Factum. The obtained date should help Public Transport Company to be more effective and to improvement of quality of services in public transport in České Budějovice.
