Summary/Abstract: The contribution deals with the part of results of three marketing researches, which were realized by College of European and Regional Studies in co-operation with other organizations. The aim of the marketing research was to compare differences in opinions of civil servants and citizens of the Czech Republic, determine factors that influence the differences among civil servants and inhabitants, defi ne trends of their opinions and explain the found differences.
