Summary/Abstract: Тhe article presents examines the emotional aspect of school life. Her focus is on the prevention of violence and bullying at school through the development of emotional and social skills. Negative behavioral manifestations (related to aggression, bullying and violence) are seen as an expression of their unmet needs, for which they lack the behavioral skills to express in a socially acceptable way. The formation of emotional and social competence in children does not only aim at prevention, but will lead to better interpersonal relationships and better mental (emotional) health. In contrast to aggression, violence and bullying at school is the improvement of children's emotional resources.
