Summary/Abstract: The National Library “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” presented its latest phototype book, with which it celebrated the 170th anniversary of the birth of Konstantin Stoilov – one of the most enlightened Bulgarian politician. The publication is published with the financial support of the successor of Dr. Konstantin Stoilov – Konstantin Chipev. It combines two books: “Speeches” by Konstantin Stoilov and the biography of Konstantin Stoilov, written by Ana Trnka-Chipeva.
