Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the author critically examines the limits of the human right to freedom of choice in the biofheque. He first mentions bioethical problems that are today the subject of theoretical discussions and public debates: the issue of cloning, euthanasia, gender reassignment, artificial intelligence, etc. In this con¬text, he tries to find starting points that allow us to understand or the possibility of rapprochement (rather than conflict) between secular and church ethical systems and worldview norms, and to establish a dialogue between these points of view.
