Summary/Abstract: Today's modern societies are multicultural and bring together a wide range of cultures. Each citizen of these societies needs to possess a wide range of knowledge, skills, attitudes and attitudes in order to form an active civic position. Everyone's role in a multicultural society is significant and valuable, as it carries within itself a part of cultural diversity. Citizens in a multicultural society must develop specific qualities and competences that allow everyone to actively and effectively participate in all spheres of the social, political and economic life of society. The civic role in a multicultural society involves commitment, openness and willingness to cooperate, striving for justice and equality for all. This creates conditions for building a society that values and protects its diversity.
