Summary/Abstract: The article deals with problems of the development of Czech economy and consumption of households, their mutual relationships, how households’ consumption influences the development of GDP, the structure of consumption etc. The pieces of knowledge introduced in this paper resulted from the solution of the institutional research intention MSM 6046070906 „Economics of resources of Czech agriculture and their efficient use in frame of multifunctional agri-food systems“.
