System of Innovative Entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic

Summary/Abstract: The founder of this system since its establishment on June 23, 1993 is the Association of Innovative Entrepreneurship CR (AIE CR), non-governmental organizations for the field of innovative entrepreneurship, technology transfer, science and technology parks in the Czech Republic. The initial goal was to create presumptions for the establishment of the innovative infrastructure of the CR and conditions for the functioning of the Czech innovation market. Substantively, this system consists of four basic parts: the main partners; the selected central state administration bodies; associations under the Act 83/90 Coll. and other partners - AIE CR members and entrepreneurial bodies. In the past almost 17 years 29 domestic and 3 foreign players have made an agreement on cooperation in the development of innovative entrepreneurship. The goal of this lecture is to explain the developmental stages of the system, the benefits of its individual parts, local and foreign partners where AIE CR is a member or a partner and acquaint with current tasks for the period until 2020.
