Summary/Abstract: In my contribution I will focus on a comparison of competitive education, group education (cooperation), individual education at the Institute of Technology and Business, České Budějovice. Students filled in the questionnaire with several closed questions according to the Likert scale, and an open question. I made an inquiry whether they found competitive or cooperative strategies of teaching more useful or whether the frontal teaching was profitable for them. I took the gender of students into account, and its influence on answers.
