Summary/Abstract: Extraordinary events evoken by the military as well as non-military risks, their frequency and the variety of situations call for new quality approaches of security professionals with creative thinking. Sustainable development is emphasised with respect of life, health and safety of the population in the Region of South Bohemia. It is also important to take care of general welfare, the environment, the infrastructure and the technology applied in one system. The Fire & Rescue Service of the Region of South Bohemia provides selected measures for rescuing or disposals but also for the protection of population. The first psychological aid delivery to people affected by an extraordinary event is one of practical outputs of the fire brigade. The article presents types of outputs of the first psychological aid delivery investigation.
