Summary/Abstract: Communicative democracy, a facet of contemporary democratic models, encompasses diverse avenues through which citizens exert influence over authorities, distinct from conventional modes of wielding public power and engaging in state governance. This form of democracy acknowledges informal mechanisms that comply with legal frameworks, enabling citizens to impact public decisions, including processes like lobbying. To foster its growth and enable direct citizen engagement in normative legal enactment, it’s prudent to formalize the lobbying mechanism through legislation.
