Summary/Abstract: In correspondence with a static and especially with a dynamic cognition of the whole unified world, manifested oneself by concentric, hierarchical and self-preservative systems with their development, the politics, depending upon a mutual quantitative ratio of human forces (decisive to support politicians), are viewed as an aim (it is the administration of public affairs of a state society) and a means (it is the occupying superior positions in a state, which is defined by its crucial power); the arrival of new politicians in a foreground is a dynamic centre of the political system. In addition to those two subsystems of political system, there are the following other subsystems: the state power with coercion (state power is a static centre of that system), the authority of politicians, the methods of governance and the political ideologies with large social groups. All the six subsystems of political system are discussed empirically in terms of the democracy, the communism and the fascism in general. The latter two political systems (as subordinate subsystems of democracy as a higher standing supersystem) were opposed to each other as deflections, arose from democracy and, with their doom, have been changed back into democracy. As state power, as administration of public affairs get out either of a threatening, or of a satisfying the same human values. The monocratic states and the polycratic states as well as the dividing line of political system and the revolution are distinguished. The designation of a democratic revolution has been proposed for The Czech Republic since 1989. An account of the afterwards following political system existing there is given.
