Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes green infrastructure in the new construction law. Green infrastructure is an effective tool in the fight against climate change. High-quality legisla¬tion, especially in construction law, can contribute to the development of green cities, both on the part of the local government and the business sector. Therefore, it is necessary to bring the attitude of legal science to these global topics.
