Summary/Abstract: In the countries with market economies, and the Czech Republic certainly belongs to them, the attention in the customs provisions is paid to the importation of goods. The regulations in the area of export are just minor, however, the customs authorities pay their attention to goods to which prohibitions and restrictions apply. The competence of monitoring and providing financial support for the agrarian sector is represented by the State Agricultural Intervention Fund (SAIF) in the Czech Republic. The European Union also grants financial resources for the agrarian sectors in EU member states. The export refunds are paid by SAIF to legal or natural persons – entrepreneurs for the purposes of financial support in the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy. This contribution was processed within the Research Project of MSM 6046070906 „The Economics of Czech Agricultural Resources and Their Efficient Use within Multifunctional Systems of Agriculture and Food“, Faculty of Economics and Management, Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague.
