Patrimonial liability of public authorities

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the issue of property liability of public authorities. Starting from the particularities of the patrimonial responsibility in general, from the civilist theory and the administrative theory it is argued the civil nature of the patrimonial responsibility of the public authorities for the damages caused to the administrations. In parallel, the concept of liability in administrative litigation is analyzed and explained, concluding that it includes two forms of legal liability to which the public authority can be drawn in the process of administrative litigation: administrative liability and property liability.
