Summary/Abstract: The employment in the region is influenced by a number of factors including demographic factors, as well as the historical development of area that generates the creation of job opportunities and conditions of transport. An analysis of employment to meet the national level, regional cohesion and regional analysis at the level of municipalities with extended jurisdiction (ORP) are not very common. This article aims to present the analysis of employment in individual ORP in the Vysočina Region and describe the basic factors that affect its number, and describe the relations of dependence between employment and transport conditions at ORP.
