Summary/Abstract: Succession represents, in the broadest sense, the transformation of the patrimony that belonged to a person who died, to his successors, thus implying the continuation of a legal situation of a person by another person.The matter of the successions and of the notarial succession procedure that regulates them is the legal consequence of the natural phenomenon of death, which has the specificity of being interested only in the patrimonial aspects that this phenomenon can entail. More precisely, it involves offering legal solutions for the fate of the property that belonged to the deceased. Succession law is a set of civil rules that determine the destination of wealth and debts in case of the death of the person who owned them.
