Financial and Economic Mechanism of Intellectual Capital Management Through the State Support

Summary/Abstract: The article grounds the necessity of the government support of the innovation and intellectual activities of enterprises due to the development of effective financial and economic mechanism of the intellectual capital management. It was proposed the adaptation of foreign experience for intellectual property management in the practical life of domestic enterprises. The scientist’s views on solving this problem have been studied. It has been argued the components of financial and economic mechanism of intellectual capital management due to the government support.
