Summary/Abstract: The work of a man is socially useful. That means that society has an obligationtowards the working person to provide a decent life. This requires also the provisionof a certain level of income. Abovementioned means that decent remuneration is due notonly to employee but also to every person performing gainful employment, especially whensuch a person does not employ others to perform the work.
