Spatial Justice and the Legal Dimension of Spatial Planning at the Local Level in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The article provides an overview of the current literature on the concept of spatial justice. The objectives of the article were to identify the most recent contextsof the discussion on spatial justice and how the relationship between spatial justice and lawand spatial planning can be understood. The above was transferred to the discussion onthe Polish spatial planning system. Key levels within which it is possible to link the conceptof territorial justice with the conditions for the application of local spatial plans have beenidentified. Further discussion directions were proposed.
