Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the view of companies employing Roma people and on the specifics of working with this target group. Eight representatives of companies from various sectors in the South Bohemian Region and the Vysočina Region employing Roma with different education and qualifications were interviewed through the semi-structured interview on the positive, negative and specific features of this employing. The data was analyzed by open and axial coding. The analysis showed that the specifics of the personal approach did not concern the education of Roma employees. It is in particular about the tolerance of tardiness, the possibility to pay advances, assignment of specific tasks and the knowledge of the specifics of Roma culture.
