Summary/Abstract: The study deals with the issue of employment in the form of home-office (working from home) and its impact on the lives of employees. The objective of this study was to assess diverse experience with working from home, to analyse employee satisfaction and effectiveness before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results show that the biggest problem related to working from home is inappropriate working space and equipment or lack of personal contact, which most affects the effectiveness of work.
