Summary/Abstract: In a critical moment of Ukraine's resistance against Russian aggression, President Volodymyr Zelensky traveled to New York for the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly. His messages to the General Assembly and the Security Council provide Ukraine's leadership perspective on the largest aggression on the European continent since World War II. The compilation of these interventions and related context, translated into Romanian, underscores the concern expressed by NRDO regarding what has been denounced as the most significant threat to the international human rights protection system since the beginning of the war.
