Summary/Abstract: Issue of educational changes perception by teachers of pre-school education which have happened in functioning and organization of pre-school, behaviors, and relations of children during Covid-19 pandemic was addressed in the article. The research of teachers of pre-school education referred to changes they noticed in work of pre-school in result of Covid-19 pandemic, and in which work areas they had been involved during pandemic education time. The results of research were presented in the article, triangulations of quantity-quality analysis of data collected on questionary.The afterthoughts of teachers related to changes of: facility organization, work for health protection of children and employees, social relations, work way of teachers, children and parents, development and improvement of teachers’ work, work load and future uncertainty. Teachers pointed out areas of perpetration: resulting from formal requirements and remote education, cooperation with parents, improvement of teachers’ own abilities to use modern technologies and support of children welfare, building relations, changes to organization and methodology in institutions.Results of research show different experiences of respondents during their work at time of pandemic, different causative influence of teachers in the instability conditions.
