Summary/Abstract: On October 23, 2023, a Conference of the Polish Branch of the International Insurance Law Association AIDA and the Department of Economic and Commercial Law of the University of Lodz was held in the Council Room of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz and via the MS Teams platform. The topics of the conference included "Economic Analysis of Economic Insurance Law". The conference was an opportunity to integrate the insurance community. Both theoreticians and practitioners of law and economics dealing with economic insurance had the opportunity to meet.
