Summary/Abstract: The picture of apprenticeships presented above indicates that apprenticeships currently operate in an "organizational chaos" in which each party - universities, students, financial institutions - are trying to find their way. The current state of the organization of apprenticeships, as described above, indicates a number of general and more specific problems. Methods for solving them are not easy, and only some of them come with changes in education and the economic environment. Solutions to these problems cannot be made by developing and implementing a universal model of organization. Therefore, in the current situation, the best way is for universities and employers to work together to determine how internships should be organized.
