Public social protection services - duty and/or challenge of public administration

Summary/Abstract: Public social protection services represent a beautiful, delicate and difficult field of public administration activities. This paper briefly presents the general legal framework of these social protection services, both in terms of organization and operation but also their monitoring and control, as well as some of the practical issues in this field. Based on them, we formulate some conclusions and propose solutions, which we consider effective at the moment.
