Summary/Abstract: The main objective of this paper is to explain the movement as a constituent part of the poetics present in the prose of one of the contemporary Spanish writers, Vicente Luis Mora, and based on analysis of his latest work Circular 22, published in 2022. The paper comprises analysis of the notion of movement from four different aspects, through which it will be demonstrated how it functions as: 1. the structural bases of the novel; 2. hyperonym that includes various similar semantic fields, that altogether compose the narration of the novel; 3. theoretical frame included by the author, which includes authors dedicated to the studies of movement through different perspectives and concepts, as Benjamin and De Certeau; 4. poetical and ideological bond with Juan Goytisolo, who therefore could be understood as one of the major literary models for Vicente Luis Mora.
