Summary/Abstract: The speech act theory has long been an element of utmost importance to the field of pragmatics. Cross- cultural pragmatics designs a framework of analysis based on the principle of comparison between more than two linguacultures to observe and identify different patterns used in human communication. Both the similarities and the differences between these patterns convey inherent meaning which is linked to cultural influence, societal features and hierarchies. But in order to be able to perform such an analysis, a precise and interchangeable framework was needed so that it could be applied to an infinite number of linguacultures. The purpose of the present article is to outline the steps of this new methodology.
