Summary/Abstract: The human being occupies the first place in the hierarchy of social values protected by our legal system, and the act of one person intentionally killing another symbolizes a violation of the absolute right, erga omnes – the right to life. It is not a novelty that life has an end, but what matters is what happens to one's estate after their passing, given that in the case of the universal successor, their personality continues. From these considerations arose the requirement that demands the successor to be worthy in the face of succession. In this work, we attempt to cover the issue of unworthiness in law by succinctly exposing the crimes that entail it.
